NOTICE OF TOWN HALL MEETING
Council will be holding a “Town Hall Meeting” on Wednesday, May 29th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.
The meeting will take place in-person at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 194, located at 48 Sixth Avenue, Hornepayne.
Join us and provide public input on 2 capital projects:
ARENA EXPANSION & UPGRADES PROJECT
&
THIRD AVENUE PROJECT
(Replacement of Underground Infrastructure and Road Resurfacing).
Those wishing to address Council are asked to register and submit their question in advance via email to the Deputy Clerk at deputyclerk@hornepayne.ca. Otherwise, attendees can register at the sign-up table, prior to the start of the meeting.
Those registered will be asked to speak in order of registration for the public input portion of the meeting, and the floor will then be opened to others for the opportunity to participate. Each speaker will be allowed one question at a time and a maximum of three minutes to address the Council.
All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend, and light refreshments will be provided.
