Due to the Canada Post disruption, the 2024 Final Water and Sewer bills will not be mailed to residents. If you already receive bills via email, you will not be affected by this disruption.
To receive a digital or paper copy you can:
- receive via email. Please contact accounting@hornepayne.ca, call 807-868-2020 x201 or visit the Town Hall to set up.
- pick up at the Town Hall, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- sign up for iCity Online where you can view all account balances and transactions. Visit our website or contact us to set up.
NOTE: Due date is December 31, 2024.
The Town Hall will be closed for the holidays beginning December 20th at 3 p.m. and will reopen January 6th, 2025, at 9 a.m.
It is the responsibility of the property owner to ensure that payments are received by the due date to avoid penalties. This remains applicable even if the due date falls on a weekend or during a holiday closure. Also see payment options to see how you can pay your bill.
